We are proud of the quality of our products. We stand behind every item we sell. If you purchased the item from SmithWorks Outdoors and Traveling Tower, and are not satisfied with your purchase, we will provide a refund or exchange within 60 days with the return of the item. Please call contact us before returning an item. It must be returned in new condition with the original packing and contents. The refund will include any applicable sales tax, in the original payment method. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded unless an error occurred on our part in the shipment of your order. For items damaged in shipment, please call or email us immediately. Send us pictures of the box and/or defective items, if possible. This assists us to submit shipping claims to the carrier. We will work with you to determine the best way to refund or replace the item.
